Summary. The app does not require account registration for core features and does not operate a custom user cloud account system for normal app use. Most app data stays on your device. Location search, maps, routing, reverse geocoding, weather and in-app purchases may rely on Apple frameworks and services, including MapKit, Core Location, CLGeocoder, WeatherKit, Photos and StoreKit, and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

2. Information We Process
- Location data. If you grant location permission, the app may access your current latitude, longitude, approximate address, heading and, when available from the system, altitude.
- Search and map interaction data. When you search for places, choose search suggestions, tap the map, switch map modes, or browse nearby categories, the app processes relevant keywords, coordinates and selected places.
- Favorites. Places you save as favorites are stored locally on your device so you can reopen them later.
- Camera and captured photos. If you use the check-in camera, the app accesses the live camera preview and the photos you capture inside the app.
- Watermark metadata. Check-in photos may show location-related text such as address, coordinates, date, time and, when available, altitude.
- Photo Library add-only access. If you choose to save a check-in photo, the app requests permission to add the final image to your Photos library.
- Premium purchase status. If you purchase or restore the one-time premium unlock, Apple processes the payment and transaction verification. The app stores local unlock state after receiving verified transaction information.
3. How We Use Information
- Show your current location and selected places on the map.
- Search places, show search suggestions and support route planning.
- Browse nearby categories around the effective in-app location.
- Display current weather, hourly forecast and daily forecast.
- Create and preview check-in photos with watermark overlays.
- Save favorite places for later access.
- Verify, unlock and restore premium purchase entitlements.
- Maintain app security, improve stability and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage
Core app data such as favorites and local premium status is primarily stored on your device. Temporary files may be created on-device while preparing check-in photos for preview, saving or sharing, and may be removed after use.
The app does not claim to change your device's system GPS location. It is used to view, search, organize and export location-related information inside the app.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
- Apple services. Search, maps, routing, reverse geocoding, weather and in-app purchase restoration may require requests to Apple services.
- System share targets you choose. If you tap Share, the app passes the selected text, location details or image to the iOS share sheet and the destination you choose.
- Legal compliance. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or lawful authority.
6. Retention
Favorites and local app state remain on your device until you remove them, clear them in the app, or delete the app. Photos saved to your Photo Library remain there until you delete them. Purchase records are managed by Apple under your App Store account.
7. Your Choices
- You may deny or revoke location, camera or photo permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
- You may remove favorites inside the app.
- You may delete saved check-in photos from the Photos app.
- You may use Apple's restore purchase flow to recover eligible premium purchases.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children where parental consent would be required under applicable law. If you believe information was provided by a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted in the app or distributed with an app update.
